6) Course access (Breaking Free) and digital products

If you purchase a course or digital product:

8) Cancellation and refunds (UK consumers)
If you are a UK consumer, you may have rights under consumer law, including a 14-day cancellation period for certain distance purchases. Different rules apply to digital content.

Digital content / immediate access:
If you buy a digital product or get immediate access to course materials, you will be asked to consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the digital content download starts or access to the digital content begins (where the law applies).

Refund policy (strict):
Because our products and course materials are digital and typically supplied with immediate access, all sales are final once access is provided, except where a refund is required by law (for example, if the digital content is faulty or misdescribed and we cannot remedy the issue within a reasonable time).
